Testosterone replacement therapy is FDA approved for low testosterone and hypogonadism. It has been shown by some research to lower all-cause mortality when testosterone levels are restored to a normal range. It is safe when taken with the direction and oversight of a licensed provider. Here at Triumph, we will discuss the pros and cons of treatment to your individual situation. We also have the ability to stop or adjust treatment if any issues arise.
At Triumph we take pride in following our patients closely to ensure they have the best experience possible. This includes monitoring labs and following up at regular intervals. If you are utilizing testosterone through Triumph and experience any issues, please call us immediately.

Fertility can be directly impacted by testosterone optimization as the testicles do not increase their production of testosterone and sperm if they sense the body already has enough from an outside source. We will discuss your fertility goals at your initial visit. There are treatments such as Clomid, and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) that can reduce the temporary testicular shrinkage and maintain fertility while on testosterone therapy for many men. These treatments are also available here through Triumph to utilize along side testosterone.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) treatment can often be effectively combined with Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) in many men, as they can have a synergistic effect. TRT addresses the underlying hormonal imbalance by boosting testosterone levels, which can improve libido, sexual desire, and overall sexual function.
Meanwhile, treatments for ED, such as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors like sildenafil (Viagra), tadalafil (Cialis), or vardenafil (Levitra), work to increase blood flow, facilitating erections. By addressing both testosterone deficiency and vascular issues contributing to ED simultaneously, the combined approach can lead to enhanced outcomes, including improved erectile function and increased sexual satisfaction.
